How quickly will you process my orders?

We make every effort to process orders within 2-3 business days of your purchase.  You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.  

Exceptions apply for out-of-stock and pre-order items. If something you have purchased is out of stock or pre-ordered, we’ll send you an email with status updates. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please contact us at usa@adro.co.kr prior to ordering with your location and the products you wish to purchase. We will provide a shipping quote based on the final package’s size, weight, value and destination and further directions on how to proceed.  

All customs, duties, and international charges related to international purchases are your responsibility. Note, there may be restrictions on certain products due to customs and local regulations. 


What is your return policy?
ADRO's return policy allows for returns up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please refer to our full return policy here.
