Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to process, unless a product is specified as a pre-order. You will be notified with a tracking number when your package has shipped. Processing time may be longer if your payment has not been cleared.

SHIPPING

In-stock orders are shipped out via FedEx Ground from our LA warehouse within 48-72 hours of order processing and confirmation of payment. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your package has shipped.

Lower 48 states
All our items qualify for free shipping within the continental USA (48 states).

Alaska or Hawaii
For those residing in AK or HI, please contact us at usa@adro.co.kr prior to ordering with your location and the products you wish to purchase.

International (Outside U.S.)
For those outside the U.S., we are able to provide worldwide shipping. Please contact us at usa@adro.co.kr prior to ordering with your location and the products you wish to purchase. We will provide a shipping quote based on combined size, weight, value, destination, and further directions on how to proceed.

Please note that there may be restrictions on certain products due to customs and local regulations.

RETURNS

ADRO's return policy allows for returns up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, we require:
  • A receipt or proof of purchase. We can only process returns that have been purchased on adrousa.com
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include all the accessories that were included with the product.
All returns must be approved by us before you ship your product back to us. Please email us at usa@adro.co.kr with the subject line “RETURN” to get the return process started.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a full refund of the item(s), excluding a 20% restocking fee, will be issued in the original method of payment. Any items returned that are not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for a return or a partial refund may be issued. Inspection of returns usually takes 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon the completion of the inspection.

Please note, we cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order.

We do not take back used or installed suspension parts, no exceptions.

Are returns free?
Please note, there is a 20% restocking fee for any items returned to us. This covers the cost of shipping, packaging, transaction fees, insurance costs, and handling fees to ship and return your item. The restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

When will I get my refund?
Please allow for 7-10 business days to process and inspect your returned item upon arrival at our facility. Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it will take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

What if I received an incorrect or defective item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure the quality of our products and inspect all our products before packaging and shipping. Please contact us at usa@adro.co.kr with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture (if defective) of the product.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?
If your order was damaged during shipping, we will gladly file a claim with the carrier and exchange it for a new one. Please contact us at usa@adro.co.kr with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged box and product.
